Ananda Apothecary is owned by Tarah Michelle Cech, A lover of our beautiful planet, the plants, animals, and people Tarah Michelle Cech is a Naturopath, Master Herbalist, Evolutionary Iridologist, Living Foods Educator, Flower Essence Practitioner, Divinity Touch Reflexologist, and Anusara Yoga teacher. Tarah uses a Mandalic approach to working with her clients which allows her to honor the diverse needs of each being as a unique expression of the divine. Her personal practice Ananda Integrative Wellness is based in Boulder, Colorado.

Inspired by her connection to the natural world, Tarah is dedicated to bringing more peace to the planet through research, education, and ‘radical personal responsibility’. A student of life, her other interests include yoga, alpine mountaineering, trail running, reading, and meditation. She and her husband founded The Ananda Apothecary LLC and Synergy Essentials™. A portion of all the abundance that comes into her sphere is donated back to the greater good.
