Nasturtium flower essence is indicated for those times when the soul overuses or overextends thinking forces,
so that they are no longer in alignment with the lower metabolic force of life and warmth. This remedy is very
helpful for students, whose career demands strong intellectual activity, or for any phase of life where the intellect
predominates.
If these head forces are allowed to prevail, the soul life will become cold and disconnected from
it physical body and from the larger physical body of the Earth. This imbalance predisposes the individual to
many forms of physical illness, from colds and congestion in the head, to immune dysfunction and general hardening
of the body. Nasturtium flower essence teaches the Self that the polarity of Light, or consciousness, must always
be balanced with the opposite pole of Life, or experience.

and physical reality.
