Thanks for the note! I personally use more of this oil than any other than Helichrsyum (sports fanatic with the occasional - well, more than occasional, bump, bruise and random soreness ;)

Post Re: Super Immune Essential Oil Blend
Super immune has Mellissa which I read is good for Graves' disease to lower thyroid hormones. I have hypothyroidism and don't want my thyroid hormones lowered so should I avoid any blends with Mellissa? I'm guessing it would be fine diffused in the air but not good for me to use it internally or topically. I'm new to this and just saw one random study when doing a google search, so I was wondering what some experiences oil users thought about this.

Thanks!

The recommended percentage for Melissa in any blend is no more than 1%. At that dilution I doubt it would be harmful, but probably best not to ingest it.

Post Re: Super Immune Essential Oil Blend
This is my first post, and hopefully I am in the right place for this question :)

I Love your Super Immune blend and was wondering if you could give us the formula to blend this ourselves? I already have most of the oils that are in this, and would like to save some money by only buying the additional oils I would need. I hope this is not a rude question, and I completely understand if you want to keep it a secret! I know some companies give you the option of buying ready made or giving recipes for DIY, so I thought it couldn't hurt to ask!

Thank You :)
