Post Advice please
Hi
First of all, thank you for excepting me to the forum.

I would like some advice on a blend for pain relief. My OH suffers with pain around his hips and back, all conventional rubs, just don't help.
I have been studying about which oils to use and how to dilute them 30 drops to 30 ml of carrier oil. I am thinking Ginger and Cinnamon, i have chosen these as i understand oils such as Eucalyptus, Wintergreen, Peppermint etc are not OK to use when you have high blood pressure. I want this oil to be very strong/warming as he is not sensitive to the shop bought ones. Can you give some advice on how you would make this with 100ml of carrier oil.

I will list the other oils i have so far, and if any will be beneficial i would be grateful for advice.

Benzoin
Cinnamon Leaf
Ginger
Lavender
Lemon
Litsea Cubeba
Sweet Orange
Patchouli
Petitgrain
Tea Tree
Vetivert

Thank you. :)

Hi,

I would try ginger, lavender, a bit of cinnamon leaf (not the bark) 3-5 drops per oz of carrier and vetiver.
Be careful when using cinnamon on the skin as it can burning and blistering.
