Yes, you could dilute, though because this is already going in distilled water for the tea light, it may not be such a good idea. Carrier oils aren't such a great choice for this purpose.

If you'd like to be a little more conservative with the oil dispensing, pick up some of the smaller disposable pipettes we carry - there you can easily measure a drop at a time from a small bottle.
