Will super soother help with inflammation? Or is it just for pain. Should I use a 2-5% dilution for just general sore muscles after a workout and a higher strength for something like tendonitis? Could I even use it naet for a short time targeting it specifically on the lateral epicondylitis? I started weight lifting again and I guess I over did it. Thanks!
