Hi - Try a mixture of 1/4 tsp coconut oil and 1 drop Benchmark Thyme. Apply 2x daily. Coconut will need to be warmed a little to make it liquid - you can make a bunch at a time and let it solidify again. This should keep the possibility of infection down and help heal the wound.
