Sorry for the very delayed response! While you've probably made the blend already, getting as close as you can to reducing each essential oil to 1/4th it's original amount is fine, and those with one drop in the original will still be fine at 1 drop. And yes, you could use those carrier oils. Pomegranate, Rosehip, Borage and Jojoba would be a fantastic base.
