Sorry about the bottle! Actually, expediting is something we'll do if you let us know you need something by a certain date, and we blew it! I apologize if the staff didn't understand your needs -- as the owner, I always choose to go the extra mile for our customers...and will pass this along to the customer service group so they understand that as well.
