Ordering Information

To contact us to place an order, or for status of an order that has already been placed: Send us an email at info@anandaapothecary.com or call toll-free at 1-888-658-7798. We make every effort to ship your order within 24 hours of receipt, Monday through Friday. Orders are often processed the same day they are received. All orders are shipped via Priorty Mail or Express Mail by the US Postal Service.

Shipping Costs and Methods

If you select 'Flat Rate' Shipping, shipping is $5.75 per order for our standard service (ANY size order, 3-7 days transit time), $9 per order for 'rush' service (these orders receive priority processing in our warehouse), or $24 for Express (1-2 days transit time) regardless of the amount or weight of the order. All shipping is via US Postal Service - Please use the shipping address where you receive your postal service mail. Delivery confirmation occurs with every shipment. Ananda Apothecary will not be responsible for lost shipments indicated as delivered by the USPS.

Shipping charges for international orders will be assessed at the actual shipping charge incurred. These will not be shown in the checkout process; the total cost will be sent via email upon order processing. International service is sent via USPS Global Priority - costs avarage $10 for the first pound, and $16.25 including a second. An accurate estimate can be made at the US Postal Service Website: www.usps.com. FedEx may be used for tracking features to certain countries at our descretion; we will inform you of shipping costs prior to shipment.

Order Processing

At Ananda Apothecary, we know your order is important to you, and we give each and every one our utmost attention. Orders are most often shipped the same day they are placed, if received before 12pm Mountain Time, Monday through Friday. If received after this, they are usually shipped the next business day. If for any reason there will be a delay of more than two business days in processing your order, we will notify you via email.

Payment Methods

You may pay for your order by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover. If you would like to pay by personal check or money order, please do not use the online order process - instead, call, write (Ananda, 301 30th Street, Boulder, Co. 80305), or email us your order. We will process your order immediately upon receipt of payment (there may be a short waiting period for clearance of a personal check).

Returns

Ananda Apothecary offers a 'no hassle' returns policy. If for ANY reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it for a full and immediate refund of the cost of goods. Simply contact us via email or phone for instructions, and return your purchase to us with whatever service you like with a note including your return request. Return requests MUST be made within 15 days of order receipt as indicated by the delivery tracking system of the US Postal Service. Requests made after this time cannot be honored. We are unable to provide credit for opened bottles or kits of flower essences at this time.
