Application?

For example, how do you figure out a 3% concentration of your essential oil in 29 milliliters of carrier oil?

Hi - yes, the feet are always a great place for absorption - though a carrier is generally not necessary, at least for the soles of the feet...

Your oils and application desires need more clarification, and we can help you out!

Best,
Eric

Hi Eric, thanks for responding! here is an example: my son is 5 and suffers from nasal issues. he has had surgeries however i am trying to find another outlet instead of constantly pumping him with antibiotics and over the counter meds. so i was looking at the oils that aid in congestion, and trying to figure out how to measure them, mix them and and the proper amounts. i would be more comfortable applying to his feet rather than inhaling or rubbing anywhere else.

thanks Chris

By blending charts, to what are you referring? I have a pdf of drops per ml, and also a text file of blending strengths which I can give to you.

Hi...sorry, we've been out of stock for these for a while, and haven't been able to find them any longer. The charts don't actually give blending amounts...these are better found in books, such as the Encyclopedia of Aromatherapy, also on our site :)

Chris, a wonderful "allergy shot" blend is a drop of lemon, lavender, and peppermint! I use it every morning (I do it internally) and put it on the bottom of my daughters feet for her allergies! Good luck!

Thanks
