Hi Betty. Although not afflicted, I can offer recommendations from Salvatore Battaglia, whose book is one of the best on using essential oils for various purposes.

Recommended for psoriasis are bergamot, cajeput, German chamomile, lavender, sandalwood, helichrysum, and yarrow, with evening primrose as a carrier oil. He also recommends paying careful attention to avoiding stressful situations, identifying and dealing with possible food allergies, and managing inflammatory responses by using anti-inflammatory remedies.

Bonne chance!
