Frankincense seratta -- the deeper of the two varieties, and perhaps the Myrrh (in a smaller relative amount). These would serve as base notes to the oils you've listed. Patchouli is really called for in this case too, but most folks either love it or hate it :)

The CO2 -- it has a real scent of Juniper Berries -- very rich, so much so that you have to be careful not to use too much, as it can overpower the other aromas. Steam distilled is nice, though has a less complex "evergreen" aroma. The Juniper Berry CO2 was one of my first favorite aromas...
