After many years, the Ananda staff is still regularly surprised and impressed with new uses for many oils - and the users fall in love with these oils because they work so you have one? Want to share?

The first bottle I bought, I caught myself sniffing it several times throughout the day. I use it for headaches, rubbing it in to sore feet and neck muscles. It clears my head when I'm stuffed. I simply love that stuff! Yum! Great in diffuser also.

Peppermint is mentioned in the 'Aromatherapy Home Medicine Chest' as one of those 'top ten' oils you should have at home. A deep inhale is great - even one drop on the tongue - to quickly clear the head. Also very invigorating when used in a massage oil...warms the muscles right up at a 1-2% concentration. Also, can help digestive troubles: 2 drops in some warm water will both stimulate and soothe digestion.
