raindrop therapy

Post by Mary Lennox » Mon Jan 13, 2014 12:21 pm

Hi I am new to this forum. By the way , Athlete Magic Xtra is the greatest . Put a couple of drops of Breathe Deep in a pan of boiling water and make a tent with a towel works very well. I would like to know what people think of YL's Raindrop Therapy? I have done the treatment on a friend when she had a cold but I don't like to use the oils neat. She said the next morning she felt 98 % better.

Hi - Well, 'raindrop' therapy has its proponents, and those who don't think it worthwhile.

Really, any way you use essential oils, they do get into the bloodstream. Use the oils you think best for you...I personally love Helichrysum on my back - it seems to do everything all at once!
