Super soother for Tendonitis?

Super soother for Tendonitis?

Will super soother help with inflammation? Or is it just for pain. Should I use a 2-5% dilution for just general sore muscles after a workout and a higher strength for something like tendonitis? Could I even use it naet for a short time targeting it specifically on the lateral epicondylitis? I started weight lifting again and I guess I over did it. Thanks!

Sorry, just realized there is a whole section for pain and inflammatory issues. Going to that section to check out the all the posts.
