- We promise to offer you the highest quality products with the best possible service. All our products are chosen for their quality and the integrity with which they are produced.
- If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know — you can return the product for an immediate refund if we are notified within 15 days of your receipt of the order (according to shipment tracking information provided by the Postal Service).
- You may send back your items you wish to return using your preferred shipping method (return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser). First class mail is recommended.
- To maintain quality and integrity, returns for essential oils are subject to an authorization by our staff. We regret we cannot accept returns of opened bottles.
- Due to the nature of flower essences and remedies, open bottles of remedies and open remedy kits cannot be returned.
- We offer an in-house warranty for the first 90 days on all mechanical items (ie. diffusers); beyond this date, replacement or repair is the responsibility of the manufacturer (which we can facilitate).
