These are pure essential oils as they contain no adulterants in any way. The oils are full-strength and should be used with care! Most should be diluted in a carrier oil before topical application. All can be used in an aromatherapy diffuser directly from the bottle, but again, start slowly for the most enjoyable experience. Abes balsama from Russia - steam distilled, natural source - from the needles.

• Aromatherapy use: Like all 'needle' oils, Balsam Fir is uplifting, stimulating and grounding. It's scent is wonderful for use in a diffuser; the oil is commonly used to support breathing conditions as an expectorant. Laurus nobilis from the island of Crete - steam distilled, organic - from the leaves.

• Therapeutic grade • Middle note • Sweet, herbaceous aroma.
• Aromatherapy use: Highly regarded in aromatherapy for its positive effects on the lymphatic system. As noted in Dr. Kurt Schnaubelt's 'Advanced Aromatherapy', rubbing a few drops of bay laurel on swollen lymph nodes may have an immediate, noticeable effect. He goes on to state: "The positive and pleasant effect of this oil is so distinct and strong that one application will normally suffice to convince the most hardened skeptic to use it." Picea mariana from Canada - steam distilled, natural source - from the needles.
