Prenatal Massage Oil

Emollients for preventing or minimizing stretch marks, such as oils and creams should be applied daily to the abdomen, breast, thigh, buttocks, and low back. The majority of stretching occurs in thelatter parts of pregnancy, however, it can be beneficial to nourish the skin in the earlier stages of pregnancy as well.

(Pregnant women should avoid using scented products or should use them very diluted...choose only natural, organic products while pregnant.)

Choose from rich carrier oils, such as Jojoba, Olive, Avocado, using them in combination or alone to massage the abdominal skin surface, breast, thighs, buttocks, and low back.

A favorite formula:

4 oz. Organic Sweet Almond Oil
4 oz. Avocado Oil
4 oz. Organic Jojoba Oil

***If essential oils are used, they should be in VERY diluted amounts 2-4 drops per ounce of carrier oil. If you do choose to use essential oils during pregnancy, please proceed with extreme caution.

"Calendula Caress" is a favorite among new moms as well.
