Shipping Policy

Please read thoroughly below to answer questions regarding shipping, tracking, order processing, or the status of an order.  

If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact USPS first using your tracking number at usps.com. If you require additional assistance after contacting USPS, you may reach us at info@anandaapothecary.com."


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within five (5) business days after they are received. Orders are generally shipped on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We are a very small operation. Processing times may vary given the workload and available hands.


Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, only. 

Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, delivery timelines are the responsibility of the shipping provider. The Ananda Apothecary™ is not responsible for carrier delays once the package has entered the postal system.

Handling Fee

A $3.33 handling fee is applied to each order for Domestic and $4.44 for International. This fee supports third-party fulfillment services, packaging materials, and order processing.


Tracking

USPS Tracking information will be provided AFTER your order has processed. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update within the carrier’s system. If you see "Tracking Not Available" that means the post office has not yet scanned your package into the system. You will be able to track your package once USPS has scanned your package and it is officially en route.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. The Ananda Apothecary™ is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or delayed, contact USPS directly at usps.com using your tracking number. Once a package has entered the postal system, resolution lies with the carrier. If your tracking shows Delivered but you have not received your package, please check with your building's front desk, doorman, or mailroom first, as carriers frequently hand off to building staff. The Ananda Apothecary™ is not responsible for packages after confirmed delivery.

After Placing Your Order

When you place an order, you will receive a 'Thank You" for your order. Your order number will be listed there too. Your Tracking number WILL NOT be given at that time. You will receive an email with your tracking number AFTER it has been processed and is in the cue for shipment.

This means we got your order and it is in the cue to be fulfilled. Do not email us out of concern. Allow us time to process your order.

Processing time may take 1-4 business days to get your order in the mail. USPS Priority Mail only (small operation). 

AFTER YOUR PACKAGE has been processed and set for shipping,you will get your order number along with and USPS mail tracking information via email. USPS will get it to you per their own timing. You can track it for convenience. Keep your order # and tracking # handy.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Please contact the shipping carrier first using the provided tracking number, if your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed. Once your package is in the hands of USPS, we can not do much.  If you require additional assistance contact us and we will do our best to facilitate through the same channels available to you.
