For Professionals & Practictioners

If you work with aromatics professionally—whether clinically or within a wellness practice—your input matters more than you might think in how this system develops.

The Seasonal Cabinet model is built around real patterns of use. Each release is curated from materials that are grown, aged, or reserved in advance—often across seasons or years. We're now planning cultivation and allocation based on what's actually needed rather than just keeping stock on hand. That means what you tell us carries real weight.

This cabinet isn't assembled first and sold later; it's grown forward with the people who'll use it in mind. Your feedback helps us figure out which materials we can responsibly continue, in what formats, and in what quantities. It lets us plan better, preserve integrity at the source, and keep things useful without overdoing it.

Professional use is different—not just in volume, but in how you plan. A single cabinet decision might represent a year of work, repeated use with clients, or the need for larger formats like 120 mL. We need to know these things ahead of time to make it work.

When you let us know what you need—whether it's continued access across seasons, a specific oil coming back, or a larger format—that information goes upstream to cultivation planning and reservation decisions. This isn't us polling preferences; it's actual material planning. It means your needs can be factored in before things get finalized.

Since this is our first year back, if there's something specific you need for your practice, letting us know by March 31 helps us plan what we grow and what we source from our long-term suppliers before next season's decisions get locked in.

This isn't a wholesale program. It's more of a planning relationship.

We're not expecting one big purchase. We understand professional use as something that happens over time, and we're working on structures that reflect that—seasonal allocation, phased access, or other approaches that align with how you actually work.

The goal here is clarity, not pressure.

A small number of consistent professional relationships lets us buffer responsibly, keep sourcing integrity intact, and maintain availability across formats without compromising quality or having to substitute materials.

If specific oils are essential to your work, this is the time to say so—when the intake form comes around. You'll need an active subscription so the poll reaches you directly. Everyone who purchases this cabinet will be invited to share input. What you tell us helps determine what we can sustain going forward—and what we can't—without lowering standards.
