Rather than encouraging movement, DEEP supports sustained holding—allowing experience to be contained without collapse, numbing, or withdrawal. It is designed for endurance and presence.

DEEP is used after stabilization, when the work is not interruption, but staying with what is heavy until readiness shifts.

Angelica root remains the organizing botanical, supporting embodied presence without sedation.

• German Chamomile and Blue Tansy soften reactivity and support steadiness
