Household Diffusion & Cleaning Blend · Aromatic Concentrate

There are rooms that simply need fresh air. There are others that ask for something stronger. Purify was composed for the latter. During COVID, it became the most requested blend in the Ananda archive. Not because it was wonderfully pleasant, but because it was useful.

Clove Bud, Cinnamon Bark, Lemon, Wild Rosemary, and Eucalyptus Radiata. Strong, direct, and not intended to disappear quietly into the room. Many longtime customers order Purify alongside Super Immune™. They are not a set. Super Immune™ is a short, focused seasonal diffusion formula. Purify™ is for the wider household environment.

We keep it for kitchens, bathrooms, surfaces, entryways, guest rooms, offices, travel environments, and the periods when windows have remained closed for too long. It is not a continuous room fragrance. Use it for the task, then stop and allow the room to settle.

Formulation Logic

Clove Bud and Cinnamon Bark form the antimicrobial center of Purify. Both have demonstrated strong antibacterial activity in laboratory research, including vapor-phase testing relevant to aromatic use in air.

Laboratory research on blends built from this same five-oil grouping — Cinnamon, Clove, Rosemary, Eucalyptus, and Lemon — has also demonstrated antibacterial activity.

Lemon, Rosemary and Eucalyptus keep it fresh and open in the room.

Applications

  • Diffuse intermittently in well-ventilated kitchens, bathrooms, entryways, guest rooms, offices, and other shared spaces.
  • Use after guests, travel, cooking, closed-window periods, or heavy use of a room.

Using a nebulizing diffuser is recommended for this blend.

Aroma

The opening is bright and immediate, with Lemon and Eucalyptus moving first. Rosemary follows—dry, green, and sharply herbal.

Clove and Cinnamon Bark remain underneath, warm and persistent. The finish is crisp, spicy, and unmistakably functional. Its presence recedes once diffusion stops.

QWhat is the difference between Purify and Clear Air?

Clear Air is the lighter of the two: Lavender, Lemon Myrtle, and Tea Tree for everyday air reset, linen use, and general household freshness.

Purify has considerably more weight.

Choose Clear Air for regular household freshness. Choose Purify when the room calls for something stronger.

QCan I use Purify to make a household cleaning spray?

Yes — but give the essential oils something appropriate to disperse into. Essential oils and water do not stay evenly mixed simply because they have been shaken together.

Purify can be incorporated into a properly formulated household cleaning base or an unscented cleaner designed to accept essential oils. Because Cinnamon Bark and Clove Bud are powerful materials, start conservatively and test the finished preparation on an inconspicuous area first.

  • For diffusion and properly prepared household formulas. Not intended for topical application or ingestion.
  • Purify™ is not a registered disinfectant and should not replace an approved cleaner or disinfectant when disinfection is required.
  • Cinnamon Bark and Clove Bud are highly concentrated spice oils and may irritate or sensitize the skin. Avoid contact with the eyes and mucous membranes.
  • Not intended for use with children. Around animals, diffuse conservatively in a ventilated space and allow them to leave the room freely.
  • If pregnant, nursing, under medical care, or unusually sensitive to strong aromatic materials, consult a qualified professional before use. Discontinue use if irritation or discomfort occurs.
